By accessing or using Nodestr (https://nodestr.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property rights in your prompt graphs, templates, datasets, and compiled documents. Nodestr claims zero ownership rights and does not use your private content to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services & Google APIs

Use of third-party authentication and export integrations is subject to their respective terms. Google Drive exports operate strictly under the drive.file scope solely to create the files you request.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nodestr for illegal activities, malicious exploits, or attempts to circumvent platform quotas and security perimeters.
